Amy Sheriff-Faison
Amy is a graduate of National Lewis University with a degree in Early Childhood and Human Development.  She and her husband, Bob, are church members and the parents of two daughters.  Amy joined the preschool staff in 2003.

Jeannette Lloyd
Jeannette has a degree in Elementary Education, Deaf Education and MA in Education with a focus in Communication.  She works part-time as the Manager of Communication & Marketing in addition to her role as New Member & Engagement Coordinator for the church.

Chris Caldwell
Chris has been teaching in the First Congregational Preschool Kid’s Day Out program since 1996. Prior to teaching, Chris ran a daycare in her home. Chris has two sons and lives here in Western Springs.

Stephanie joined the staff in 2006.  She holds a degree in early childhood development from Cannock Chase College in England.  She and her husband, Anthony, live in Western Springs and are the parents of two boys.

Marcy Dusza
Marcy joined the staff in 2011.  Marcy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Language and Speech Communications from Ripon College.  She has a Master’s degree in elementary education from DePaul University.  Marcy and her husband, Mike, have three children.

Kathy joins the Kid Day Out program this year but is a familiar face around First Congo.  She has been welcoming our littlest members and visitors on Sunday morning for years.

Carrie has a BA in English and Communications from Hillsdale College in Michigan.  She and her husband Dave live in Clarendon Hills with their 3 children.

Jeannie has her degree in Elementary Education from the University of Illinois and joined the preschool staff in 2018 as the Pre-K small group teacher.  She has enjoyed substitute teaching while she and her husband have raised their three children here in Western Springs.

This is Alison’s fourth year teaching at First Congo. She has a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from National Louis University, and previously taught 3rd and 4th grade in Hinsdale and Western Springs.  She lives in Western Springs with her husband and two kids.

Ann received her degree in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois and joined the staff here in 2010.  Ann has four children, all of whom went to First Congregational preschool.  Ann and her husband, Mark, live in Western Springs and are members of the church.

Tracey joined the preschool staff in 2014. She has a degree in Elementary Education from Miami University and a Master's degree in Language and Literacy from Harvard University. Her three children all attended First Congo Preschool.
